Background music when Azure Skies are not performing (a Spotify playlist supplied by Azure Skies or client until 23:30).

DAYTIME PERFORMANCE
Female Vocal & Acoustic Guitar.
1 x 60 minute live music set (between 13:00 - 16:00).
Band arrival & set up from 1h 30m before agreed performance time (early arrivals can be accommodated for an additional fee).
Professional audio equipment as standard.
Announcements via PA system.
Public liability insurance.
PAT tested equipment.

BOOKING PROCESS
CLIENT ... to complete Booking Enquiry Form (see above).
AZURE SKIES ... will provide an all inclusive personalised quote via email.
CLIENT ... to notify Azure Skies (via email) that they would like to book the band.
AZURE SKIES ... will email a performance contract stating the agreed commitments.
CLIENT ... to return (via email) a signed copy of the performance contact and pay the stated deposit by the agreed date to confirm booking.
AZURE SKIES ... will confirm (via email) that the deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed.
CLIENT ... to bank transfer final payment within the time frame stated within the performance contract.
AZURE SKIES ... will send a four week and two week 'check in' email to ensure we can offer the best possible service for your special occasion.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

REQUIREMENTS FOR PERFORMANCE (To enable the best possible service safely).
Parking at venue.
60 minutes set up and sound check time.
3m x 3m performance space.
Electricity - 2 x 13 amp sockets.
A space to get changed, preferably private and secure.
Tea / coffee / water / soft drinks.
Hot meal / buffet for evening bookings.
