Phaedra’s rich, dynamic vocals and engaging stage presence are at the heart of Azure Skies. A classically trained vocalist with a modern edge, she holds a BMus in Classical Vocal Studies from Birmingham Conservatoire and a PGCEi in Music Teaching from Birmingham City University. Her versatile musical background blends perfectly with her passion for performing popular music, bringing fresh, soulful interpretations to a wide range of contemporary hits and classic favourites.

With years of experience as a professional vocalist, Phaedra has entertained audiences at weddings, festivals, and corporate events across the UK. She’s performed at prestigious venues, including singing for Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons and the grand opening of the Millennium Dome. Her polished vocals, warmth, and charisma make her performances unforgettable.

Beyond performing, Phaedra is a dedicated vocal coach, helping singers and performers of all ages and skill levels develop their talent. Her students have gone on to stage schools and successful music careers, including coaching Liam Payne of One Direction early in his journey.

Luke is a Midlands based musician currently enjoying life as a professional guitarist and music educator. A uniquely trained musician, he holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Popular Music Studies from Leeds College of Music (now Leeds Conservatoire) and a Masters Degree (with Distinction) in Creative Practice and Performance (Music) from the University of Wolverhampton; alongside membership to the Incorporated Society of Musicians.

With a considerable and eclectic performance career, Luke has performed in a variety of musical situations and has been part of original, event, cover and pit bands. He has enthralled audiences at weddings, festivals, and corporate events across the UK; entertaining notable clients including the British Army and performing at prominent music venues such as the O2 Academy Sheffield and the University of Wolverhampton at The Halls. Luke is also an accomplished Saxophonist and throughout this part of his musical journey has performed in Saxophone Ensembles, Wind Bands, Orchestras, New Music Ensembles and Big Bands.

Alongside Luke's performance adventures, he also has over a decades worth of experience working as a Peripatetic Music Teacher (as part of a Local Authority's Wider Education Excellence Team). Throughout his teaching career, Luke has worked in 1 - 1, small group, whole class and afterschool ensemble teaching and managerial capacities, helping students throughout KS1 - KS5. On a personal note,  Luke was very fortunate to cross paths with fantastic musicians who were also dedicated educators and he works tirelessly in his professional life to continue this ideal to help and support aspiring musicians.
